ReadMail v0.-1

You must set two environment variables:

set RMPATH= (your BBS path)
set RMEDIT= (your editor name)

Much nicer. Most of the rough edges are gone.

NEW THINGS:

PGP decryption. If you come across a PGP-encrypted message, simply
type "D". If you've got the key in your keyring, it'll undo it and
replace the message-body with the plaintext. NOTE that this does
*not* update the disk file; the plaintext is only in memory unless
you edit with the "C" command of "*" to go to DOS. The above is a
FEATURE.

Reply does the right thing now. Enter creates an empty message. The
limit on viewing messages is about 50K. (You can create messages of
any length.)

Allows up to 200 areas at a time, not 48...

CAVEATs: (missing/broken features)

PGP is exec'ed from the path. Soon from a set var.

There is no way currently to ABANDON an edit. Workaround: damage the
text file header. It will complain.

If you blow an edit (damage a header...) there is no way to recover
your edited text. Workaround: don't make mistakes.
