Range Name allow you to quickly name a cell or a range of cells so that instead of using the reference, you can use those names in the formulas. And when you get hooked to using named ranged, there is a possibility that you may end up creating a lot of named ranges and may want to delete some or all of them. You can choose to delete all the named ranges in one go, or you can choose manually or filter these and then delete them.
WPS Excel helps your business organize finances, including bills, taxes and customer invoices. In Excel, named ranges enable you to describe the formulas entered in cells. This makes it easier to keep track of related entries in your worksheet. If you work with named ranges often, you may forget to delete them when you no longer need them. Named ranges can clutter up your worksheet and make it difficult for others to find the information they need. You can delete or change unwanted named ranges using the Excel Name Manager.

Delete Range Name Using Name Manager
Excel has Name Manager which is a place where you can manage all the named ranges (create, edit or delete).
So, if you want to delete some or all of the named ranges from your workbook, you can do that using the Name Manager.
Below are the steps to delete named ranges using the Name Manager:
1.Click the Formula tab in the ribbon
2.In the Defined Names group, click on Name Manager. This will open the Name Manager dialog box that lists all the named ranges in the workbook
Select the one that you want to delete
Click the Delete button
The above steps would delete the selected Named Range from the workbook. In case you want to delete multiple named ranges at one go, you can do that by selecting the ones you want to delete and then clicking the Delete button.
Filter Specific Range Name To Delete?
It is possible to rely too much named ranges, and before you realize it, your spreadsheet may be flooded with too many of them to select individually.
Tha‘s where the filter option in the Name Manager will come in handy to filter for specific types of named ranges.
For example, if you want to delete only named ranges of tables, then you may do this by following these steps:
Open the Name Managerfrom the Defined Names section of the Formula
In the Name Managerwindow, click on the Filter option and choose your desired Named Range type from the drop-down list. In this example, we use Table Names.

Select the Named ranges you want to delete from the filtered list and press Delete.
