How to take screenshots quickly？
No matter you are a student, teacher, or business professionals, you can create and edit documents efficiently by WPS Writer as text editors.
Here we takes WPS Writer as an example (Spreadsheet and presentation are the same).
1. Open the document in WPS Office.
2. Click the Insert tab → then click the Screenshot, or use the shortcut keys Ctrl+Alt+X, where you can apply different shapes of the screenshot in the drop-down menu, including Rectangle, Oval, Rounded rectangle and Polygon. In this case, we select the oval option.
3. Click and drag the mouse to select the place we want to take a screenshot. Then, click Done.
