To be office excel advanced, you could learn how to use WPS Office Spreadsheet online in WPS Academy.Take this table as an example. This is a sales performance table. Now we want to add a red flag to employees whose sales are greater than or equal to $950 while giving warnings to under-performers with sales less than $700. So how can we do that? We can useconditional formatting.
1. We can select the D2:D26 cell, then click theConditional Formattingin theHometab before choosing theIcon Setsoption, and click theMore Rulesin the pop-up menu.
2. In the pop-up dialog box, select the red flag in the drop-down list of the first icon, selectNumberin the drop-down list ofType, and input 950 inValue. Then selectNo Cell Iconunder the second icon, selectNumberunder the drop-down list ofType, then input 700 inValue. Select a yellow exclamation mark under the third icon as a warning, and finally clickOK.
At this time, a small red flag will be put in front of cells with a sales volume greater than or equal to 950, and a yellow exclamation mark in front of cells with a sales volume less than 700.
