Welcome to todays WPS Academy, WPS Spreadsheet comes with multitudes of shortcut keys to help you work faster and more productively. Considering there are so many shortcut keys to explore, some of which areunusual in reality, we need to classify these shortcuts first.

Today we will get familiar with the shortcut keys used to for workbook and ribbons.

· Frequently used Excel shortcut keys to process a workbook:

Creating or removing workbooks in Excel is a simple process that just takes a few clicks. Here, you can choose some other shortcuts to achieve the same effect.

Ctrl+N: To create a new workbook.

Ctrl+S: To save the current workbook.

Ctrl+S:To close the current workbook.

Ctrl+PgUp/PgDn: To switch between worksheets in your workbook.
