Today we will get familiar with the shortcut keys used to for workbook and ribbons.
· Frequently used Excel shortcut keys to process a workbook:
Creating or removing workbooks in Excel is a simple process that just takes a few clicks. Here, you can choose some other shortcuts to achieve the same effect.
Ctrl+N: To create a new workbook.
Ctrl+S: To save the current workbook.
Ctrl+S:To close the current workbook.
Ctrl+PgUp/PgDn: To switch between worksheets in your workbook.
· Frequently used Excel shortcut keys for ribbon tabs:
Switching between different tabs is not a difficult task. If you want to process your data entirely with your keyboard, you’ve come to the right place.
Alt+H: Go to the Home tab and WPS Spreadsheet will tell you each button’s shortcut.
