1. What can WPS 365 do for enterprises?

2. What are the benefits for members who join an enterprise team?

As an employee, you may encounter various problems that affect your work, such as difficulty in getting started in a new enterprise, difficulty in finding data from messy materials, disorganized document versions, and inefficient collaboration with colleagues.
WPS 365 can help you solve the above problems, create a smooth workflow, and improve your work efficiency.
① Public enterprise database. The enterprise has accumulated a large amount of information in its daily operation, including staff orientation, company rules and regulations, experience sharing materials, as well as essential documents such as customer information reports and product information sheets. All the information can be included in the public enterprise database for query.
② Quick document query in WPS 365. Enter a keyword in the search box at the top of the homepage, such as 'Store Data in October', and you will find documents, folders, or teams with the keyword 'Order' in their names.
③ Real-time document storage and traceable history records. As you enter the content, it is already stored in the cloud in real time. You don't need to worry about losing your documents due to accidents such as blue screen of death or power failure. Your editing history is stored in Collaboration History. Click Collaboration History on the top right corner to trace your editing history.

3. How do I configure the operation permissions of folders and documents?

Some confidential folders in the enterprise team, such as sales information and customer information, cannot be opened to all team members. How can we maintain document confidentiality while keeping the document visible to a specific group of members?
Click the More icon (ellipsis) on the right of the folder name, and a drop-down list appears. Click the Share button, and a dialog box appears. In this dialog box, you can set the share permissions by selecting one among the following options: Anyone can view, Anyone can comment, Anyone can edit, Members of this enterprise can view, Members of this enterprise can comment, Members of this enterprise can edit, and Only designated people can view/comment/edit.
4. How do I create a new team?

For web clients, sign in to WPS 365 and click New Team. Enter a team name (for example, Marketing Department) in the pop-up window and click OK.
For mobile clients, open WPS Office on your mobile phone, tap Files > WPS Cloud. Check the enterprise name, tap Create Group Folder, enter a team name, and click OK.
For PC clients, open WPS Office on your computer, click the WPS Cloud icon on the left, and click Team Docs in the left-side navigation bar. Click Create Team, enter a team name (for example, Operation Department) in the dialog box that appears, and click OK
5. How do I add a member?

If you are an admin, go to the enterprise admin console, choose Address Book > Organization Structure > Add Member. Enter the user information including WPS Cloud account, name, and email address to add the user. Select 'Send account and password through email after creation' and click Save. The system will automatically send the account and password to the new member's email.
6. Is there a limit to the maximum number of co-authors and document size when working with WPS 365?

① When your team members use WPS 365 to work together online, the maximum number of people who can edit online is 50. In other words, a team of up to 50 people can edit a cloud document online at the same time. Starting with the 51st person, subsequent people who want to co-edit can only read this cloud document. In the read-only mode, people can still clearly understand the document content and progress in collaborative work.
② The maximum size of a cloud document can be up to 500 MB. For a file over 500 MB, users can download it to preview.
