01 Enable document cloud synchronization for instant access to urgent needs.

First, log in to your account, then activate document cloud synchronization on the homepage. This way, once your document is saved, whether on your phone or any other new device, as long as you're logged in with the same WPS account, you can access your documents anytime, anywhere.

02 Power outage suddenly? Lost unsaved documents?

First, click on "Menu" - "Backup and  Recovery" - "Auto Backup ". Here, you can find relevant backups of your documents. Click on "Setup" to adjust backup preferences.

03 Bulk delete blank lines and pages.

In both work and study, there's often a need to share files and data with team members, and transferring files back and forth can be quite cumbersome.
I recommend using WPS's "Files Collect" feature. Simply send a link each time, and you can share multiple files simultaneously. The files stored in the shared folder are in the cloud, so there's no need to worry about expiration. You can also set member permissions to prevent data leaks, ensuring the security of documents and files.
