How to count values in cell using count Formula

1.Go to WPS office and click on excel Spreadsheet

2.Select range of cells in a column or row in which you want to count the values Select the cell in your excel spreadsheet where you want to count the values and write = sign thereThen write ‘’ COUNT’’ command in that cell as =COUNT

3.Then click on first value of the cell of your excel spreadsheet and drag down to the last value of cell you want to count

4.After selecting the values press ENTERAfter pressing the ENTER, The count of values will be shown in that cell

How to count values in cell using Auto Sum

1.Go to WPS office and click on excel Spreadsheet

2.Select the range of cells in column or row in your excel spreadsheet you want to count and write = sign there.

3.Then Go to the formula Tab and Click on the AutoSum.

4.When you click on Autosum a table will be displayed.

5.In table click on Count Function and write the range of cells you want to count in your excel spreadsheet.

6.In this sheet the range of cells is C6:C12.

7.After writing the range of cells press the ENTER and the count value will be shown in that cell.

How to count values in cell using Subtotal Function

1.Go to WPS office and click on excel SpreadsheetGo to the cell where you want to count the valuePress = in that cell and write “SUBTOTAL”

2.After you write Subtotal a table will be displayed with different function.

3.Click on the “COUNT” function

4.Now write the range of the cells in Column or row you want to count. 

5.The range of values to be counted in our excel spread sheet is from C6-C12.

6.After writing the range of cells, press ENTER and the count value will be shown in that cell.

7.The function of subtotal to count values will be written as =SUBTOTAL(2,C6:C12)
