Go to the Insert Tab and click on the Table icon.A dialog box will open up. It will show the range of values you have selected.If you want to have headings in the table then select the check box of “My table has headers”.Click on OK and you will get a table of the selected values.

How to Create a Table of Values in Excel/Spreadsheet WPS Using Format as Table Button

1.Open the worksheet in Spreadsheets (WPS Office) which contains the desired values.

2.Select all the values that you want to make as a table. 

3.Go to the Home Tab and click on the Format as Table icon in the Styles section.A drop-down menu will open which will show tables of different styles. 

4.Select your desired style. A dialog box will open up.

5.It will show the range of values you have selected.

6.Select the option Convert to a table and apply the table style.

7.If you want to have headings in the table then select the check box of “My table has headers”.

8.Click on OK and you will get a table of the selected values in your desired style.

How to Change Table Style in Excel/Spreadsheet WPS

1.Open the worksheet in Spreadsheets (WPS Office) which contains the desired table.

2.Click on any cell in the table. The Table Tools Tab will open in the Navigation Bar.

3.Click on the drop down arrow and it will show different styles for your table.

4.Choose your desired style and click on it. Your table will get the desired style.
