1. Open the WPS Office.
2. Click the Home icon, and click Global Settings → Configuration tools. In the pop-up WPS Office General Repair/Configuration Tools box, click Advanced.
3. In the pop-up WPS Office Configuration Tools box, choose Compat Setting, and click Compatible with third-party software, then click OK.
