How to insert Drawing Canvas in Word？

If we need to insert some shapes and keep them in a certain area, or we want to create a picture in Word,  we can try to insert a drawing canvas first.

1. Open the word document, click Insert → Shapes → New Drawing Canvas.

2. Then we have a new canvas on the page, and we can insert some shapes on the toolbar, set more fill colors and so on. Here we try to create a picture of moon as an example.
