How to use WPS Writer to print documents
Print is relatively complicated. So we are only going to introduce some basic features here. If you want to learn more about Print, you can watch our videos on Print in WPS Academy.
After using WPS Writer to open the document, click the Print button in the upper left corner. Or we can also use the shortcut key: Ctrl+P. Then we can see the Print popup window.
Now we are going to introduce three simple features of this Print popup window: Printer, Page range, and Copies. You can easily learn how to print documents after knowing these three features.
· Part 1: Printer
We can select the printer connected to the computer according to your needs. You can check the Status, Type, Where, etc. of this printer in the status bar below.
· Part 2: Page Range
+All: If we want to print all the documents, just check All.
+Current page: If we only want to print the current page of the document, check the Current page.
+Pages: We can enter page numbers or page ranges separated by commas. Then the printer will only print the pages you want. For example, 1,3,5-12.
· Part 3: Copies
We can select the number of copies and collate printing here.By adjusting the number of copies, we print multiple copies.If the printed document needs to be output in copies, it will be better to check Collate to ensure the continuity of document output.
Finally, just click OK to start printing.
