Use charts to present data

In this lesson, we've introduced different types of charts.

Column chart, line chart, pie chart, bar chart, area chart, scatter chart, radar chart, and a bubble chart, each chart has its own features that we should select the chart which best fits the topic.

For example, bar charts and column charts are suitable for comparing data, but having too many data categories may lead the chart to be less intuitive.

Line charts and area charts can show data changes intuitively, which tell data increases and decreases through the fluctuation of the lines.

Pie chart indicates the proportion of a subset in the total, serving as a good choice for analyzing the percentages of regional sales.

Many different elements make up a chart, such as title, data labels, trendlines, and so on. Try to control the number of elements and keep it simple and easy to understand.
