WPS is proud to announce the launch of our latest version with new and improved features that will enhance your productivity and streamline your workflow. In Writer, we have optimized the interface for interacting with WPS AI to enable more comfortable communication. In PDF, we have enhanced the Insights effect to handle contracts and papers more effectively.

Optimized the commands recommended by WPS AI to users
When recognizing that the user is in a writing scenario, WPS AI optimizes the logic of command recommendations, keeping only the "Writer" and "Continue Writing" commands to reduce distractions and help the user focus more on writing.
Adjusted the display of WPS AI
When you select the text and wake up AI, the AI Assistant will appear as a dialog box on the right side of the text with a larger panel, making it easier for users to choose different rewrite commands. Additionally, you can move the panel to any position as desired.
Enhanced preview effect and confirmation experience
After AI enhances your text, you can preview the content of the rewritten text in the dialog box in advance. We have also added several new operation options. Now, you can insert the generated content into the preceding or following paragraphs, replace it, or simply copy it.

Optimized Insight & Inquiry function panel
To encourage users to focus more on the Insight capability, we have removed the recommended questions from the bottom and adjusted the display of the recommended question inquiries to be more concise and focused overall.
If you're not satisfied with the summary, you can click "Update" to regenerate it.
Improved PDF Insight:
WPS AI now enhances insight for specific types of documents, such as papers and contracts, with stronger and more accurate summarizing abilities.
