In the workplace, we sometimes need to adjust the objects in WPS Spreadsheet uniformly. In today's tutorial, we will learn how to group multiple objects in excel.

For example, moving the figure in the upper left corner as a whole will separate the header and the content box.

To solve this, we can hold down the Shift key to select both the header and the content box. Then the ribbon will switch to Drawing Tools, where you can click Group. This button can also be found in the shortcut menu.

Then, multiple objects are grouped into one. We can drag it as a whole or scale it proportionally using the Shift key.

At this time, the individual figure still maintains independence. If we want to move any of  the figures, we need to select the whole object and drag the single figure.

The way we group shapes can also apply to text boxes, pictures and other objects. The arrow and text box below can be grouped in the above way.

If we want to cancel the group status, click the Ungroup button near the shapes or go to the Page Layout tab and find it.
