Quickly locate the name of the row and column where the cell is located

We often deal with tables with vast amounts of data at work.

When we move the page, we can locate the content we are focusing on, but we cannot quickly know the row and column names of the cells. But now, with the Reading Layout of WPS Spreadsheet, users can quickly locate the row and column names of the cells that they are concerned about.

Take this table as an example. Click theViewtab, and then theReading Layoutdrop-down button. In this mode, once a cell is selected, we can find all the data in the same row and columns with this cell are highlighted by the shading. Then when we select the WPScell, we can quickly know where the WPS cell is located according to the row and column colors. In this case, the cell is located in row 38, column F. Also we can learn that this data is in database 5, February 6, 2020.

You can also change the shading by clicking the inverted triangle next to the Reading Modedrop-down button according to different work scenarios and personal usage habits.

It will be really convenient for users to check the data location after learning this skill! To be office word advancers, you could learn how to use WPS Office Writer online in WPS Academy.
