I already tried things like - Emptying the cache (on the PC) - closing an reopening the notebook - repairing the office-installation (on the PC) - Creating a copy of the notebook on the server and opening the copy in the app on the PC. Strangely the same sections are then missing in the app just as they do in the original notebook. Online everything looks fine. - I tried to create a new notebook online and copy all sections from the problematic one to the new one online. But this option of copying a whole section is not available in onenote online. I remember that it once was, but it doesn't work now. It may be possible to copy single pages but there are thousands of pages in the notebook, and I would have to shift them one by one. It's impossible. When I closed and reopened the notebook on my laptop, in the beginning, there was the message on the screen "Der Abschnitt wird gesucht" which is like "searching section".
