Problem Description: Microsoft 365 Individual Account
My family switched to Microsoft 365 family plan a while back, most likely 2 years. At that time I tried to stop my 365 individual account. Since it was started with an old phone number and email, the phones calls I make to get help end because you need the phone number. I have spoken to someone at microsoft over that last year plus, with each time being told it would be stopped and I would receive a refund, never happened. The last time I spoke with someone, they told me it would be expiring the following month and would end. The also promised a credit for the time I have had two accounts. Not only did I not receive a refund or credit, but the charges are still coming. Now, I know that I do not have a phone number for this, or the original email account, but you have enough information to continue charging my credit card, so I would think someone could take care of this for me. Please help!!

Download and install WPS Office from the official website.
Open local Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or PDF files in the matching WPS app.
Save a working copy locally while Microsoft-side issues are resolved.
Return to Microsoft Office after the primary fix succeeds.
If you need a practical local workspace in the meantime, try WPS Office.
