Problem Description: So Delete Microsoft Account
I am trying to delete my Microsoft account as the email is no longer applicable. However when I go to close my account I get this error message. I then sign onto a work organization and get this error message: I then am told by AI that it's associated with Azure. When I log onto Azure I get this error message I'm at a loss. I attempted to do a privacy request to delete the account due to privacy but redirected toward the steps to close my Microsoft account despite trying to escalate the issue. It's a loop and no Microsoft person can fix this at least attempt to address the issue. I have no existing subscriptions, all my OneDrive shared files and sharing are closed out and deleted, and nothing else is holding me back from closing the account. Can someone, preferable a Microsoft rep, address this issue to help me close my account.
