Problem Description: Sharepoint Keeps Giving Me

Here is the pop up: ![image](/api/attachments/27795ba8-a5a6-4ddc-a13a-ccd20164cd84?platform=QnA) Every now and then I get this pop up, and it's quite frequent. When I click "Sign In" (twice), the pop up goes away and I remain logged in without having to sign in again. I can also click "Not now" or close this pop up (twice) without being signed out too. I have tried clearing my browser's cookies and cache, restarting the browser, signing out and signing back in again + remained signed in, adding my work account to my computer work access in settings, nothing worked. Anyone know what's the problem?

FAQs About Login Help Topics

Can WPS Office fix this login & account issues issue directly? Only when the WPS steps match the formatting or file task. Account, activation, and cloud issues stay on the Microsoft side.

Should I reinstall Microsoft Account before trying these steps? Not first. Confirm account, license, and the exact error before reinstalling.

What should I send to Microsoft Support? The affected account email, device type, Office version, exact error text, and screenshots with personal data hidden.
