Hallo, Ik heb een Microsoft 365 Business Standard maandelijkse abonnement afgesloten voor mijn bedrijf als ZZP'er. Hiervoor heb ik een nieuw account moeten aanmaken en deze account is volgens mij de 'admin' van mijn zakelijke account. Ik ontvang nog wel de facturen op mijn bestaande account (waarmee ik nu ben ingelogd) maar als ik met dat account ben ingelogd dan kan ik geen gegevens zien van mijn abonnement en deze dus ook niet beheren. Voor het nieuwe account heb ik destijds 2FA opgezet maar in de tussentijd heb ik een nieuwe telefoon en de Authenticator app is van de oude telefoon verwijderd maar niet overgenomen op de nieuwe telefoon. Als ik nu de app daarop installeer en probeer het nieuwe account in Authenticator te zetten dan word ik gevraagd om via Authenticator op een ander device in te loggen. Maar dat kan dus niet meer. Ik probeer om in te loggen met het nieuwe account en als ik naar een code uit Authenticator word gevraagd dan klik ik op "sign in another way" maar voor beide opties die ik te zien krijg ("Approve a request on my Microsoft Authenticator app" en "Use a verification code") moet ik via Authenticator kunnen inloggen. Ik kan dus helemaal niet inloggen op dit account. Ik wil mijn abonnement inmiddels gewoon opzeggen maar om dat te kunnen doen moet ik kunnen inloggen. Ik heb geprobeerd om naar de klantenservice te bellen maar krijg alleen een AI stemmetje te horen dat uiteindelijk het advies geeft om op [https://AKA.MS/ProSupport]() in te loggen. Maar dat kan ik dus niet. Ik ben hier al best lang mee bezig en ervaar hier heel veel frustratie aan.
