Problem Description: Powerpoint Files Suddenly Opening
Hi everyone, I’m writing this while panicking a bit, so I hope I can explain it clearly. All of my previously created PowerPoint files suddenly don’t show any content — they open completely blank. **PowerPoint version:** 16.105 (26011018) **macOS:** 15.6.1 I’m an online teacher and have created **hundreds of PowerPoint files** over the past 5 years. Everything worked perfectly until **today (15 Jan 2026)**. When I choose **“Open in app”**, the file opens but is totally blank, as if nothing was ever created. When I choose **“Open in browser”**, it’s also blank. Some other PowerPoint files still open normally, but many important ones don’t. This feels unreal and extremely stressful because I’ve been using these files repeatedly, and now they suddenly appear empty. Has anyone experienced this issue or knows how to fix it? Any help would mean a lot. Thank you so much 🙏
