1.Open the WPS and create PPT;

2.On the top left side of the wps menu option is present click that option and click on the save as option;

4.After clicking the video exporting tab the save as dialogue box will open, gave the name to the new video file and also select the video format for the new video;

5.Then the converted video tab will appear, click on the open video and video will start;

Process of How to convert PPT to video and add text to video:

1.Open the WPS office and select the insert tab;

2.Then under insert tab chose video option and upload video from the system;

3.After uploading the video go to the insert tab again, click on the insert tab and select text box from the sub-tab options. Then write in the text box, the text will show during the video;
