How to use WPS to take screenshots quickly

After we use WPS Office to open or create a new document, click Insert→ Screenshot.

(Note: The shortcut key for taking screenshots is Ctrl+Alt+X)

Click the inverted triangle button in the lower right corner of theScreenshot.We can see that WPS has provided us with somedifferent ways to take screenshots.

· Rectanglescreenshot:

ChooseRectanglescreenshot.Then select the area to take a screenshot according to our needs.

We canalso make adjustments below the rectangular screenshot area.

· Oval screenshot:

ChooseOval screenshot.Thenwe can select the area to take a screenshot according to our needs.

· Rounded rectangle screenshot:

· Polygon screenshot:

After choosing the Polygon screenshot, we can start using the mouse to draw the screenshot area.

Draw the screenshot area as needed (click the left mouse button once to select the drawing point, and double-click to complete the screenshot).

After confirming the area, we can also adjust it below the custom screenshot area.

· Hide current window when screenshot:

ClickHide current window when screenshot to hide the current window when taking a screenshot.

· Screen Grab Main Window:

Click Screen Grab Main Windowto call out WPS Screengrab to select the featureaccording to our needs.
