How to use WPS to take screenshots quickly
Take WPS Writer as an example. It is also the same in WPS Presentation and WPS Spreadsheet.
After we use WPS Office to open or create a new document, click Insert → Screenshot.
(Note: The shortcut key for taking screenshots is Ctrl+Alt+X)
Click the inverted triangle button in the lower right corner of the Screenshot. We can see that WPS has provided us with some different ways to take screenshots.
· Rectangle screenshot:
Choose Rectangle screenshot. Then select the area to take a screenshot according to our needs.
We can also make adjustments below the rectangular screenshot area.
· Oval screenshot:
Choose Oval screenshot. Then we can select the area to take a screenshot according to our needs.
We can also make adjustments below the oval screenshot area.
· Rounded rectangle screenshot:
Choose Rounded rectangle screenshot. Then we can select the area to take a screenshot according to our needs.
We can also make adjustments below the rounded rectangular screenshot area.
· Polygon screenshot:
After choosing the Polygon screenshot, we can start using the mouse to draw the screenshot area.
Draw the screenshot area as needed (click the left mouse button once to select the drawing point, and double-click to complete the screenshot).
After confirming the area, we can also adjust it below the custom screenshot area.
· Hide current window when screenshot:
Click Hide current window when screenshot to hide the current window when taking a screenshot.

· Screen Grab Main Window:
Click Screen Grab Main Window to call out WPS Screengrab to select the feature according to our needs.
