What should we do when we print a spreadsheet if we want to print a certain area of it? This video could help to solve the problem and could be also used in Microsoft Office Excel and Openoffice.

Take this spreadsheet as an example. If we want to print the student ID, and their Chinese and mathematics scores,select this cell area,click the Page Layout tab and the Print Area drop-down button, and select Set Print Area to set the selected area as a printable area. 

Click Print Preview in the quick access toolbar to view the print effect.

 If we want to cancel the print area, click the Print Area drop-down button, and choose Clear Print Area.
