Hi, I have a spreadsheet with registers for a before/after school club and children do random different days on AM and/or PM sessions. I am trying to get an easy register for each session without having to filter every day/session (that updates as children are added or removed) as it will be too confusing for staff to look at. Is there a way to add a Pivot table or something that will show day (Am or Pm) and the names of the children attending those sessions please? Every time I try it just sums how many children are attending & not their names. I’m sure I sliced it previously and it worked, but I can’t for the life of me remember how I did it.
