Problem Description: Change View Of Scheduled
Is there a way to see a list view of **all** future appointments scheduled through Microsoft Bookings for a specific service or staff member? Currently, when I select "Show all" is defaults to a calendar view with only three calendar dates at a time. This is unhelpful for me as I want to see a list, condensed of course, of all bookings I have for a given time range (or at least for the full month). The screenshot below shows the upcoming appointments (Either show four bookings at a time or is limited to bookings over the next month) in a staff member's overview tab. Even when selecting the arrow icon, I can't see further appointments without selecting "Show all" which as described above is a hinderance to seeing all appointments for a longer range of time. Is there a way I can see a list view or at least export all appointments for a given service or staff member? It's really tedious using the limited calendar view and not having the option to see a full month or at least toggle to another view option.

Quick Answer for Office Won't Complete Task
Hi Kennedy, Thank you for raising this question about Microsoft Bookings and how scheduled appointments are displayed as this is a common workflow concern for users who manage a high volume of bookings across multiple services or staff members.
Likely Causes Behind Common Others Triggers
The Microsoft account or license context may not match the purchase or device.
Cached credentials, outdated builds, or damaged local components can trigger others.
A file-specific corruption or add-in conflict can mimic a broader application failure.
Recommended Solution: Transferring Office License Safely
When to use this: Apply these steps when the symptoms match and you can access the relevant Microsoft account or administrator.
I understand that when you select Show all and the view switches to a limited multi day calendar instead of a condensed list it becomes difficult to review appointments over a longer time range such as a full month or beyond.
At the moment Microsoft Bookings does not offer a true list view for appointments in either the Bookings web app or the Bookings app in Microsoft Teams and the calendar layout you are seeing is currently the only built in option available for viewing bookings by staff member or service.
This behavior is by design and has been confirmed in Microsoft Q and A where there is no option yet to toggle between a calendar view and a list view for extended date ranges as documented on learn.microsoft.com.
As a workaround you can view and export bookings in a consolidated list format by opening the associated Bookings calendar in Outlook where appointments automatically sync and can be filtered by staff category or date range before exporting.
Another option for administrators is to retrieve bookings programmatically using Microsoft Graph which allows appointments to be listed and filtered by service staff or date and then exported or reported on externally although this approach requires admin access and scripting as outlined in Microsoft Graph guidance.
If you have Teams Premium there is also a newer Queue view in Microsoft Bookings that shows appointments in a chronological list for the current day but this is limited to same day visibility and does not replace a full future or monthly list view.
To better narrow down the best workaround for you are you mainly reviewing appointments for operational planning and reporting purposes or for day to day scheduling and visibility.
I hope this answer is helpful if you have further questions feel free to reply back Regards, Marcelo
Alternative Solutions for Broader Others Workarounds
Retry the Microsoft-side steps after restarting the app and device.
Test the same action in a private browser session or a new blank file to isolate account vs file issues.
Capture exact error text and screenshots before contacting Microsoft Support or your administrator.
Working with WPS Office: Using WPS While Office Is Unavailable

WPS Office cannot replace Microsoft account, activation, or cloud fixes for this scenario. It remains one of the best free Microsoft Office-compatible alternatives for opening and editing local files.
Download and install WPS Office from the official website.
Open local Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or PDF files in the matching WPS app.
Save a working copy locally while Microsoft-side issues are resolved.
Return to Microsoft Office after the primary fix succeeds.
If you need a practical local workspace in the meantime, try WPS Office.
Prevention Tips for Avoiding Repeat Others
Keep one primary Microsoft account for subscriptions and Office sign-in.
Install updates for Office and Windows before retrying failed workflows.
Back up important files before repair, reset, or reinstall actions.
Document exact error messages before the next troubleshooting attempt.
FAQs About Change Troubleshooting FAQ
Can WPS Office fix this others issue directly? Only when the WPS steps match the formatting or file task. Account, activation, and cloud issues stay on the Microsoft side.
Should I reinstall Office before trying these steps? Not first. Confirm account, license, and the exact error before reinstalling.
What should I send to Microsoft Support? The affected account email, device type, Office version, exact error text, and screenshots with personal data hidden.
