  1. Now, all of the items included from the range you just selected will be visible when you pick the dropdown arrow to the right of the cell you've designated as a dropdown list.

The wonderful thing about this method is that any item in that list may be changed by just changing any cell in the range. Every dropdown list you've made with this range as the source will be updated by any changes you make there.
