How to add a text box in excel:
1.Open the WPS spreadsheet first. In the Ribbon, click the Insert tab.
2.On the far right side of the Insert tab, choose the Text option and then choose Text Box.
3.Move the mouse pointer over the desired location to position the text box.
4.Click and hold the left mouse button while dragging the mouse downward and to the right to draw the text box. As you drag the mouse further, the text box gets bigger.
How to resize a text box in excel:
1.The Excel spreadsheet for the text box has to be launched.
2.Locate a text box and click on one of its edges to select it. When the text box is selected, little circles emerge on its corners and in the middle of each side.
3.Move the mouse pointer over one of the text box's corner or outermost circles to make the cursor become a double-headed arrow.
4.Press and hold the left mouse button on the circle, then drag the mouse pointer in that direction to enlarge or minimise the text box.
How to remove a text box in excel:
1.The Excel spreadsheet for the text box needs to be launched.
2.Locate a text box and click on one of its edges to select it.
3.When the text box is selected, little circles emerge on its corners and in the middle of each side.
4.Use the Backspace or Del keys on the keyboard to remove the text box from the spreadsheet.
