4. After clicking on the select the picture box you will get two option file and clipboard click on the first option which is file.

6.As your selected image is open but it is on one slide If you want to add this image on all slides click on apply to all option which is on right bottom of your window

7.after clicking on apply to all option the image will be applied to all slides of your presentation background.
