When using WPS Spreadsheets to process a spreadsheet with a large number of data to fill in, creating a dropdown list in the target cells is able to boost our working efficiency, since we can choose one of the options from the dropdown list to fill the target cells rather than typing the contents word by word.
An example of cells with a dropdown list is shown below. How can we realize it?

· Option 1:
1. Select the cell range to insert dropdown lists.
2. Get into the Data tab →click the Insert dropdown button
3. Enter the options to be provided. (Tips: We can add or delete options by clicking on the corresponding icons in the upper area of the popup dialog.)
· Option 2:
1. Select the cell range to insert dropdown lists.
2. Get into the Data tab → click Insert Validation
3. Enter the options that we want to provide in the dropdown lists, with a comma (,) inserted between each two option. Note that no space is required to be added after the comma(s).
