2.To see why the blank page is created, head to the Home tab at the top left corner and click it.



3.Now bring your cursor to Show/Hide Editing Marks option and click it. A drop-down menu will appear.



4.Now click on Show/Hide paragraph Marks option.



5.You will see that line breaks caused empty page in this document



6.Now bring your cursor to the last line break in the empty page and click once. You will notice the cursor blinking.



7.Now press and also hold backspace, this removes all line breaks one by one.

Delete blank page in word using Typesetting

1.Open the document containing empty page.



2.Bring your cursor to Home option and click it.



3.Now click Show/Hide Editing Marks button



4.Click on Show/Hide Paragraph Marks


5.You will notice line breaks appear on empty page



6.Go to Word Typesetting tab in Home option and click it. You will see a pop-up list.



7.Now bring your cursor to Delete option and click it. A drop-down menu appears.



8.Click Delete Blank Paragraph.



9.The empty page is deleted


Using Find/Replace function

1.Open your existing document having empty page.



2.Bring your cursor to Home tab and click it



3.Now bring your cursor to Show/Hide Editing Marks and click it. A drop-down meny appears



4.Now enable Show/Hide Editing Paragraphs



5.You will notice that the empty page is caused by page break



6.To delete it, go to Find And Replace option in the Home tab and click it which will bring pop-up menu.



7.Now bring mouse to Replace option and click it.



8.The Find and Replace dialogue box appears.



9.Now click on Find What dialogue box to enable it


10.Now click Special button. This will bring another drop-down menu



11.Select Manual Page Break option



12.Finally, click Replace All button.



13.A dialogue box appears saying All Done. WPS Writer Made 1 Replacement.


14.Click Ok



15.Now click Close button


16.The empty page is deleted and the content comes from 3rd page to 2nd page.
