How to insert signature in word
1. Open your word document.
2. Place your cursor to the place you want to insert the signature. Click the Insert tab > Sign > Create signature. The shortcut Alt+U can also help you with that.
3. In the popup dialog, you can insert the Text version of the signature, or the Image version and the Handwritten version as needed.
4. You can change the color of the picture signature to black and white in the upper right corner of the interface, so that the picture and text can be seamlessly connected.
5. For the handwritten signature, the thickness can be adjusted in the upper right corner of the interface. Then you can drag that to the place you want.
