How to remove a page from word by direct way

Open the existing Word document to insert blank page or create a new document. For tutorial purposes, an existing document is opened.

1.Cursor  should be on the page which you want to delete it.

2.Now press “backspace” button on keyboard and then press “delete” button. Blank page will be deleted.

This is the simplest way of deleting pages in word document.

How to remove a page from word document by deleting paragraph marks

NOTE: Sometimes blank pages are caused by numerous paragraph marks that we input carelessly. We need to delete these paragraphs marks for deleting blank page.

1.Open the existing Word document to insert blank page or create a new document. For tutorial purposes, an existing document is opened.

2.Click “home” tab. Ribbon panel of home tab will appear.

3.You can see “Word typesetting” option at the right side of menu bar. Click it.

4.A Drop down menu will appear having several options.

5.Now Click “delete” option present at the fourth number of drop box.

6.More option will show after clicking “delete” option.

7.Click “Delete blank paragraph”. Then page will be deleted.

Following these steps will delete pages easily.

How to remove a page from word with Find and Replace option

1.Open the existing Word document to insert blank page or create a new document. For tutorial purposes, an existing document is opened.

2.Click “home” tab. Ribbon bar will appear.

3.On Home tab, go to the “Find and Replace” option.

4.Click find and replace option. A dropdown menu will appear with three options.

5.Click “replace” option. Then dialogue box will appear.

6.As you can see dialogue box. Click “special” option present on dialogue box.

7.Drop down menu will appear with so many options.

8.Click “Manual page break” or “Section break” present at the bottom of drop down menu.

9.After choosing option, go back to dialogue box and leave Replace with area blank and select Replace all.

10.After clicking “replace all”. Another dialogue box will appear , select ok.
