3. After clicking ok function arguments window will be open this window have three boxes the first one is logical test type c1>=10

C1= we want to judge the data which is in c1 means the marks of students

>=10: it means that greater then or = to 10 now move to the second box

4. Now we have the second and third boxes the second box is value if true it means if the value in c1 is greater or equal produce the result which we put in second box and third box will represent if value is not true.

So, we put pass against true and fail against fail. Now click ok.

5. After clicking OK you will get the result as we observe result in D1 is because value in C1 is less than 10.


How to Use an IF Function in Excel: Multiple Conditions?

1. Open the file which have the data you want to judge once you have the file choose formulas and then click on insert Function.

2. As you click on insert function the insert function window will open now select a function and click ok.

3. After clicking ok function arguments window will be open this window have more boxes the first one is logical test type c1

C1= we want to judge the data which is in c1 means the marks of students

And then click ok.

4. As you click ok you will get the result as shown in following picture.
