1.Select a data set's single cell by clicking it.Click Filter under the Sort & Filter group on the Data tab.

2.The column headers include arrows.

3.Toggle the arrow by Country.Select All by clicking it, then select USA by selecting the checkbox next to it.

4.Click on ok.Result. Excel only shows sales in the United States.

5.Toggle the arrow by Quarter.Select All to remove all of the check marks, then select the checkbox next to Quarter 4.

6.Click on ok.Result. Excel only shows the sales in the United States for Quarter 4.

7.Click Clear under the Sort & Filter group on the Data tab to remove the filter. Click Filter to remove the filter and the arrows.

8.Excel data can be filtered more quickly.Select a cell.

9.Right-click, select Filter, and then choose Filter by Value of Selected Cell.

10.Result. Excel only shows sales in the United States.
