Page setup and print-out for spreadsheets

WPS Spreadsheet could be an alternative to Microsoft Office Excel. Includes 100's of built-in formulas, pivot tables and more. Includes advanced animation, slide transitions, and support for video, images, audio and even Flash.

In the last chapter, we focus on the contents related to the page setting and printout of spreadsheets, and we often encounter various problems when printing, among which four FAQs will be introduced here.

· 1: My form is incomplete. What can I do?

Click the Page Layout tab before clicking Print Preview to preview the printing page, where you can see that:

The page is unreasonably set: so many pages and only three columns of data are included on this page.

First, click the Landscape button to change the orientation of the table so as to display more columns. Then select Fit All Columns on One Page from the Page Zoom drop-down box so that all the columns are displayed on one page, thus reducing the number of pages.

· 2: How can I print only part of the data?

Sometimes we only need to print certain areas of the form.

Click the Page Layout tab, select the area you want, click Print Area then drop-down to select Set Print Area, and then click Print Previewto print your chosen area.

· 3: My printed form has no grid lines. What can I do?

In fact, this problem is very easy to solve, very often, people just forget to check Print Gridlines.

· 4: I want header line on every page after the form is printed.

If you carefully observe the print preview page, you will find that only the first page of the printed form has a header, which makes it very unsightly to print.

We need to return to the Page Layout tab and click Print Titles. After the dialog box pops up, select the header in the Rows to repeat at top and click OK.

Back to the Print Preview page, we will find that all pages now have header lines.

These are some practical skills of setting up pages and printouts. Did you get it?
