1) Make text file in note pad which you want to import in excel.

2) The second step to go in excel and click on the Data ribbon which shown on the top of exce, after clicking it further more options will pop up below and then click on import data like that.

3) After that click on import data a dialog box will open and then click on next which show below of dialog box, after that a new window will open which would like to select the text file, after selection of text file click on open.

4) The last step is that after click open a new window will open in which selected text of textfile will be shown, after that again click next, next and finish. Your text will automatically import in excel sheet.
