1. How can we share a table file with others to edit together?
• Traditional method: Set up the LAN in advance, click the Review> Share Workbook, and turn on the permission button so that other people can edit the same document at the same time.To track all changes made to the document, you can click the Review> Track Changes.
• Online co-authoring: Open the table file and click the Tools> Save to Cloud Docs to save the file, then you can turn the local table file into an online one. Now you can share the online file with your friends by link.Your friends don't even need to download WPS Office. With the sharing link, you can edit the same document together. Still, the editing records are saved in real-time, so we can see the process of collaborative editing more intuitively.
