In this free tutorial, we will learn how to insert a signature in WPS Writer with just 6 easy steps.

Insert a signature in WPS Writer

1. Open the document in WPS Writer.

2. Find the place that we want to insert a signature.

3. Click the Insert tab → and then select the Sign button.

4. Click Create signature in the drop-down menu, and then the WPS Signature dialog box will pop up. We can also use its shortcut key Alt+U to open it.

5. Here, WPS Writer has provided us with 3 options to insert a signature.


· Option 1: Input some words as your signature.

We can type words here to use it as our signature.

· Option 2: Insert an image as your signature.

We can click theInsert an image as your signaturebutton here to insert a picture as our signature.

· Option 3: Handwrite some words as your signature.

We can witer our signature here to use it as our signature.

6. Finally, click OK to insert the signature.
