How to insert a signature in Word on Windows& Mac

In daily work learning, using office software to insert signatures has become an essential skill in our work.

such as, Microsoft Word documents or WPS Office Writer that we often use, which can digitally generate, execute and manage any complex workflow anywhere. This including writing proposals, quotations, contracts and other types. Of course, we can insert signatures using Writer or Word documents on Mac or Windows. As a result, users can quickly and easily add their electronic signatures at the end of these documents without the hassle of printing, handwriting, and scanning. There are also many more features to improve your productivity, for example, using the signature feature to add your printed name and address. Here are the steps to insert a signature into a word document.

 

How to insert handwriting signature in word on Windows& Mac:

1. Open the document in WPS Writer.

2. Find the place where we want to insert a signature.

3. Click the Insert tab, and then choose the Sign drop-down button.

4. Click Create signature in the drop-down menu to pop up the WPS Signature dialog box, or we can also use its shortcut key Alt+U to open it.

Note: Open this operating interface is required to download the latest version of WPS Office. 

5. In the WPS Signature dialog box, We can select Input area to type words to use it as our signature.

How to insert an image as your signature on Windows& Mac:

1. Head to the Insert tab, select the Sign drop-down button.

2. Click the Create signature button to pop up the WPS Signature dialog box, or we can also enter Alt+U to open it.

3. We can click the Insert an image as your signature button here to insert a picture as our signature.

How to insert digital signature in word on Windows& Mac:

1. Find the place where we want to insert a signature.

2. Click the Insert tab, and then choose the Sign drop-down button.

3. Click Create signature in the drop-down menu to pop up the WPS Signature dialog box, or we can also use its shortcut key Alt+U to open it.

4. We can add our signature here by handwriting to use it as our signature.
