How to insert pictures in WPS Presentation

When using WPS Presentation, we can insert pictures to make the slides more beautiful and help others better understand the text content. So how can we insert and set pictures in slides?

Take this slide as an example.

1. Click the Insert tab, and then click Picture.

2. In the popup window, click From File.

3. Select the picture we want to insert and click Open. As we can see, the picture is inserted into the slides now.01.gif

After inserting the picture, we can see that there are eight small dots around the picture, and we can drag the dots at four corners to resize the picture. We can also drag the four dots above, below, on the left, or on the right to set the length and width of the image according to our actual needs.

We can also quickly set the Stacking order, Bring to Front, Sent to Back, Bring Forward, or Sent Backward on the right side of the picture.03.gif

The feature Crop can crop the selected area. There are two ways to crop pictures: Crop by Shape and Crop by Scale. For example, if we want to crop this picture into a rounded rectangle, we can click Crop by Shape and choose Rounded Rectangle. The picture is then cropped into a rounded rectangle shape.04.gif

If the picture is too small to see clearly, we can click Picture Preview to view the original scale of the picture or click Full Screen to view the selected picture.05.gif

In addition, if we want to set the current picture as the background of the slides, we can click Set Background.06.gif

If we want to Insert Picture To Multiple Slides, click the Picture drop-down button, then click Insert Picture To Multiple Slides. Here, select the multiple pictures that need to be inserted. Finally, click Open. In this way, the images are inserted into multiple slides now.07.gif

What a practical feature! Let's learn it together!
