After you install WPS Office, open .pptx, .ppt, or .ppsx from Downloads, email folders, or a USB drive. This is the closest everyday replacement for the retired PowerPoint Viewer when you need the file to stay on your machine.

A viewer that cannot present is only half useful. In WPS Presentation, press F5 from the start or Shift+F5 from the current slide. Use speaker notes while you rehearse or deliver.
