Form 8606: Fill and Save a PDF Tax Form

Form 8606 reports basis and nondeductible expenses for certain IRAs and annuities. Most people need the official IRS layout, not a retyped table. This guide covers opening the PDF in WPS, filling fields, and saving a copy you can print or upload.

1. Download the blank Form 8606 PDF from the IRS website for the tax year you need.

2. Open WPS PDF and use File → Open to load the form.

3. Open the IRS PDF in WPS. On the ribbon, open the Text Editor tab. Turn on Type to Edit if the form fields are not active yet.
