Fix Error CAAC000E When Adding a University Account in Windows 11

Open your web browser and navigate to the Microsoft My Account portal at https://myaccount.microsoft.com/device-list.

Sign in using your university or organizational Microsoft 365 email credentials.

Scroll through the list of devices currently registered and linked to your account.

Select any old or unused devices and click 'Disable' or 'Remove' to free up an enrollment slot for your current computer.

Restart your Windows 11 computer and attempt to add the university account again in Windows Settings.

Press the Windows key + I to open Settings, then navigate to 'Accounts'.

Select 'Other users' and click on the 'Add account' button under the 'Add other user' section.
