- Product
- Microsoft 365
- Device & OS
- not provided
- Scenario
- Attempting to access Microsoft Bookings to allow external customers to schedule appointments, or trying to access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- Observed behavior
- Microsoft Bookings and the Admin Center are completely missing from the Apps menu and launcher in Office.com and Microsoft Teams.
Verify that you are logged into Office.com with your official work or school account, as personal Microsoft accounts do not have access to Microsoft Bookings or the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Manually Search and Add Bookings in Office.com
Use this solution if your account has the correct license but the Bookings app is simply hidden from your default app launcher view.
By default, not all available apps are pinned to your Office.com homepage. You may need to manually search the app directory to add Bookings to your quick access menu.
Log into Office.com and select 'Apps' from the left-hand navigation sidebar.
Click on 'Get more apps' and type 'Bookings' into the search bar.
Select the Microsoft Bookings app from the search results and choose 'Add' to pin it to your launcher.

Verify Licenses and Organizational Settings
If the app is completely unavailable, your subscription might not support it, or your IT admin has restricted access.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why does my Microsoft Teams not show the 'Get more apps' button?
Your IT administrator has likely implemented an app setup policy in the Microsoft Teams Admin Center that restricts users from browsing or installing third-party or supplementary apps manually.
Can external users book time with me if they don't have Microsoft 365?
Yes. Once Microsoft Bookings is properly set up and your booking page is published, anyone with the link can schedule an appointment, regardless of their email provider or whether they have a Microsoft account.
Which Microsoft 365 subscriptions actually include Bookings?
Microsoft Bookings is included by default in Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Business Standard, Business Premium, and several Enterprise plans (like E3 and E5), provided the user also has an Exchange Online mailbox.
