How to Report Unauthorized Dynamics 365 Charges and Request a Refund

Provide your support case ID and the invoice number to the agent, but avoid stating full credit card numbers unless verified on a secure phone line.

Call the fraud or dispute department using the phone number on the back of your payment card.

Explain that unauthorized Microsoft Dynamics 365 charges have been made and you have already alerted the merchant.
