Update Your Profile via the Microsoft 365 Portal

Use the main Microsoft 365 web portal to access the new profile management features that have completely replaced the retired Delve service.

Microsoft officially retired Delve in December 2024. Consequently, all profile management features have been migrated to the Microsoft 365 profile page. If you are experiencing loading issues with Delve, you must transition to the new portal to manage your information.

Log in to the Microsoft 365 portal

Open a web browser and navigate to the Microsoft 365 homepage (office.com or microsoft365.com). Sign in using your organizational account.
