Contact Microsoft Training and Certification Support
Since this issue requires access to backend event and certification records, contacting official support is the only way to verify eligibility and apply the missing discount.
Standard community forums cannot handle exam discounts or service-delivery transactions due to privacy and system access limitations. The dedicated training support team has the necessary access to investigate the backend records and restore your discount eligibility.
Collect your Microsoft Virtual Training Day registration details, the exact attendance date, and your primary account email address.
Take a screenshot of the exam booking page where the discount fails to appear or any specific error messages you receive during the checkout process.
Navigate to the official Microsoft Training, Certification, and Program Support forum. Create a new thread detailing your missing DP-900 discount issue.
Wait for a support moderator to reply. They will typically initiate a private message where you can safely share your account and registration details for verification.
Prepare for Your Azure Exams with WPS Office
While WPS Office cannot resolve Microsoft certification discount issues, it provides a highly compatible, lightweight, and free office suite to help you organize your DP-900 study notes, exam schedules, and practice materials.
- 1. Download WPS Office: Visit the official WPS website to download and install the free office suite on your computer or mobile device.
- 2. Organize study notes: Open WPS Writer to create comprehensive outlines and highlight important Azure Data Fundamentals concepts.
- 3. Track exam preparation: Use WPS Spreadsheet to build a study schedule, track your practice test scores, and manage important exam dates.
